After School Programs

Extended Care

Before and after school care is available for students in preschool through the sixth grade. Extended care facilities will be open from 6:30am until 7:30am and from 3:00pm until 6:00pm each day. The after-school program will operate on the same yearly schedule as Greenbrier Christian Academy. Extended care students will enjoy a time of sharing in God’s word, snack, quiet time to work on homework, playground time, and indoor activities.

When registered for daily use of this service during the school year, extended care fees are due monthly. We also offer a drop-in rate for occasional use. This fee is due on the date of service.

Morning and Afternoon Care
$350 per month

Morning or Afternoon Care
3-day extended care (M,W,F - preschool only) $140 per month
5-day extended care $225 per month

Drop-in Service
AM - $25 per child per use
PM - $35 per child per use

Student Center

Student Center is available for 6th-12th graders from 3:30pm-5:00pm daily after school. When registered for daily use of this service during the school year, student center fees are due monthly on FACTS. These fees will be due the month prior to services.

5 Days a Week
$150 per month per student

3 Days a Week
$90 per month per student

Drop-In Service
$10 per student per use

Charges will be applied to your FACTS account (no cash or checks accepted).

Athletic Program Fees

Grades 6-8 - $150 per year.

Grades 9-12 - $200 per year
