GCA Family: Please Read!

I want to share with you a very special blessing that the Academy received during our Christmas break.  I am very overwhelmed but thankful for God’s provision to our school. 

The Academy received a special donation from some of our former alumni in the amount of $300,000.00 and an additional $50,000.00 matching grant for our technology campaign if we complete our goal.  Three hundred thousand dollars was divided between a teacher endowment fund, prospective scholarship assistance to Cedarville University bound students and prospective students applying to Word of Life Bible College, and scholarship funds for needy students wanting to attend Greenbrier Christian Academy.

In addition a $50,000.00 gift is waiting to be given if we can complete the technology campaign we started during the State of Academy address.  If we can reach our goal of $90,000.00 we will be provided an additional $50,000.00 toward technology.  We presently have received pledges and cash in the amount of $45,000.00.  We are halfway to our goal.  If you have not joined our team as yet, this is a great time to do so.  Essentially every gift given that moves us closer to our goal is doubled through the challenge gift.  Let’s not miss this opportunity to receive a $50,000.00 gift.  Please pray about your part in this campaign.  We desperately need to complete the technology plan developed to meet the needs of our students, parents, and staff.  Thank you to those who have already given to the program and a thank you in advance to those who will get on board in the future.  Let’s move forward in completing this task.  Let us hear from you today.  Remember “TEAM”, Together Everyone Achieves More.
