Purpose Statement

The Bible department at Greenbrier Christian Academy exists to:

1. glorify God.
2. equip students with the knowledge of the Scriptures and the Christian faith.
3. inspire students toward a love of the things of God including God's Word, God's people and godly living.
4. encourage students to be "imitators" of God through the application of that knowledge and love.

The Bible department sets forth two primary emphasis points for our students from which our goals and classes flow:

1. The ability to study and apply the Scripture from an inductive study method approach, and
2. the formation and application of a Christian worldview.
