FOOD SERVICES

GCA students enjoy different menu items catored by popular local vendors like Chic-Fil-A and Blimpy's. Microwaves are available for students to prepare food from home, and snacks and drinks are available for purchase.

The food services program at Greenbrier Christian Academy is very effective based on the following:

1. an appropriate amount of time scheduled to service all of the students at GCA for the purchase and consumption of lunch
2. vendors are scheduled to come in Monday through Friday, offering menu items that appeal to the student body
3. food is not prepared in the cafeteria; when required, food items are kept warm or refrigerated students can purchase a variety of snacks and beverages

2008-2009 Lunch Menu Schedule:

Monday - Chic-Fil-A sandwiches
Tuesday - Subway Subs and Domino's pizza
Wednesday - Pollard's Chicken
Thursday - Subway Subs and Domino's pizza
Friday - Chic-Fil-A sandwiches

Greenbrier Christian Academy meets all food service codes dealing with the proper handling and storage of food. The health department inspects the kitchen areas in the main cafeteria and Early Childhood Center annually.
